REFUND/ CANCELLATION POLICY

As mentioned at checkout there are no refunds and/or cancellations for our service. Please book our services only when certain the laundry will be placed in said location at the requested date and time. Once a booking has been placed, it can not be reversed. A $15 fee will be collected for any canceled laundry services within a 24 hour time frame. If canceled with less than 24 hour notice OR a laundry professional arrives and the laundry is unable to be found or too soiled/contaminated to be washed, the entire amount will be charged and NOT refunded.

Please be advised that the purpose of this website is to schedule laundry delivery service.Our business donates 5% of all laundry service sales to our affiliated nonprofits. The use of this site is for these purposes mentioned above only. This business is ran and operated in partnership by Roland Blackwell and Janae Smothers as an LLC.
FULFILLMENT/ RETURN POLICY

All future merchandise products will be final sale.. Fulfillment will be processed in the time period selected at checkout or a 50% discount/refund will be applied to the customer.
